Our Mission
HRMS Properties, LLC provides quality affordable
housing in the Greater St. Louis area. All of the
single and multi-family units have been renovated to above
standard living conditions reflecting the rapid
redevelopment and growing need for quality housing.
The company maintains competitive market prices while
simultaneously working to increase the number of units
offered. HRMS Properties strives to work as a cohesive
unit, focusing on the success of their business and their
partners while maintaining tenant satisfaction.

Company Profile
HRMS Properties is a company that strives to provide
greater than adequate housing for its clients while bringing
value to its investors and partners. The name of the
company is derived from the 23rd Psalm, verse 3b: "He
Restoreth My Soul," hence the name HRMS Properties. We
intend to restore the heart and soul of the very
neighborhoods in which we invest. The company has two
principle managers, Cheryl and Clifford Young.
Cheryl has a background in Mathematics, Statistics and
Information Management and had been the field for over 24
years. She was a technical consultant for nine years
with both commercial and government clients across the
nation and world. Cheryl focuses her effort in the
management of the property accounting, internal operations,
finding and funding required rehab properties, as well as
locating new opportunities to invest. She is a full
time real estate investor, residential and commercial loan
consultant. She also works together with her husband
as a training and mentor of real estate investors. She
is the Lead Musician/Minister of Music for
Jerusalem M. B.
Church and manages all office functions. Her motto
is "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens
me."
Clifford has a background in construction and his primary
field of expertise is various types of flooring for
commercial and residential environments. He has also
worked to build room additions, install indoor-outdoor
flooring, rebuilt the interiors of fire-damaged homes and he
provides personal mentoring for students beginning in the
field of investing. He has worked for clients in and
outside of St. Louis. He focuses on the management and
rehabilitation of various properties as well as tenant
screening and selection. Cliff works full-time and has
made tremendous strides in the properties that we've rented
or sold through the years. His motto is "We walk by
faith and not by sight."
